As President and Chief Executive Officer, Cheryl Hall leads WisEngineering with innovative vision and dynamic leadership. Cheryl works to align the company's business practices, technology, business development and strategic planning to move the company forward maintaining an edge in a competitive environment.
WisEngineering LLC, is a dynamic and growing organization originating in the government contracting field and focused on providing high-quality, responsibly-managed services to both government and commercial entities.
Established in 1998 and currently headquartered near the Picatinny Arsenal, WisEngineering is an Economically Disadvantaged Woman-Owned Small Business (EDWOSB) and is a successful graduate of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program. We follow an ISO 9001:2015 compliant Quality Management System, and our accounting system is DCAA audited and approved.

Tim Haar
COO
As the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Business Development since 2009, Tim Haar supports strategic planning, business development, and management direction for WisEngineering. Tim's project and operations management experience within the defense industry provides a great advantage to our customers and strengthens our reputation as a provider for consistently delivering best in class services.
